<p>The photographer interested in physique photography will find considerable help in his work in this book.</p>
<p>The artist will equally find the photos and drawings in this book of great value.</p>
<p>Artists are invited to submit their work for possible publication.</p>

The average magazines are soon thrown away after a superficial reading, but most folks KEEP their copies of &#8220;YOUR PHYSIQUE&#8221; permanently, because they realize each issue is like a private Correspondence Course teaching the Science of Healthy, Happy, Superior LIVING. This idea which a number of others are using may prove a very fascinating and profitable hobby for you. Try this, or get your wife or elder youngsters doing it. Some fellows get their sweethearts doing it, as a means of arousing their interest in this modern form or more efficient and satisfying living. Then, when you hear of anyone in your community who is not well, or who could be specially benefitted by some of the subjects, let them read up on the facts from your scrapbook and thus benefit by expert counsel. It will give you a real thrill in knowing you had at your command just the beneficial information to help some sick or discouraged friend, or to help convince them of the statements you may make.</p>
<p>Possibly some of the instruction you may already know. So what? Then pass it on to others who you believe also ought to know it. Don&#8217;t keep it to yourself — pass it on. Get a little group of young folks started and teach them what you have learned. There are millions of folks who need to know the things we advocate, do your part and help enlighten those in your vicinity, and stir them into ACTION, make your enthusiasm for our Better Way of Life contagious. &#8220;HEALTH&#8221; is &#8216;catching&#8217; — and far more enjoyable than &#8216;catching&#8217; the measles or typhoid or some &#8216;social&#8217; disease.</p>

<p>It won&#8217;t lie long and all the lovely countryside will be bursting with new life; plants and shrubs and leaves and flowers will soon be coming up to bring new beauty everywhere. Somehow I always associate this season as the time it makes you want to be bursting with strength and power, getting in shape for the summer. It gives you a thrill of genuine pride to be able to appear on the beaches and the swimming pools as the owner of a magnificent, well-muscled physique. Rut of course, yon can&#8217;t wait till summer to acquire that NEW and BETTER Body. If you want to be bursting with muscles and strength then, you must start getting in training NOW.</p>
<p>In the glorious summer time you see the landscape in its full glory, but it took months of preparation for the work of Nature to accomplish this — and it will take a few months for you to achieve the full glory of splendid MANHOOD. Instead of waiting, delaying any longer why not resolve that TODAY you arc going to remold and build up YOUR Physique? Build it into a virile, dynamic, powerful, MUSCULAR body you&#8217;ll be proud of!</p>

<p>As our name BODY CULTURE implies, this magazine is devoted to the development of the human physique, internally as well as externally.
